Brave Rewards allows users to accumulate tokens called Basic Attention Tokens, or 'BAT' for short, by viewing advertisements within the Brave browser.
Brave Rewards is one of the most important features in the Brave browser ecosystem(68.2M MAU), however, users were unable to utilize this Reward system due to regional restrictions. With this feature, now users of Brave browser can automatically receive rewards via Brave Wallet or any crypto wallet on Solana blockchain by viewing ads.
In February 2024, the initial rollout of self-custody Brave Rewards BAT payouts via Solana feature was successfully launched.🎉
